HVAC Installer
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Installation of residential furnace and air conditioning units
- Installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment
- Including troubleshooting and start up
- Accountable for maintaining accurate work records

- Ability to exert up to 100 lbs of force pulling, pushing, etc regularly and 50 lbs frequently

HVAC Dispatcher
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Receiving calls and strategically placing them on the schedule.
- Communication with service technicians about jobs.
- Scheduling maintenance visits with our maintenance customers.
- Complete account requests such as balance inquiries, reviewing transaction history, check orders, disputing electronic payments, etc.
- Working hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
Qualifications
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- High level of motivation, customer focus, and a positive mentality.
- Punctual, pays attention to detail, and organized.
- The ability to work independently, self-direct, and prioritize.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills: knowledge of FieldEdge or other scheduling software is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC is a plus.
- Applicants with experience in Dispatching will be preferred.
